    Eligibility requirements and credit score

    You must be over the age of 18, reside in the US, and be paying in USD to use Shop Pay Installments.

    Your credit scores aren't impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay Installments. If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau.

    Note: To use Shop Pay Installments you need a US shipping address.
     

    Fees or penalties

    For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interest rates applied. Purchases split into monthly payments may be subject to interest.

    You can pay your balance off early without penalty.

    There are no late fees. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.
     

    Restricted items

    There are some items that you can’t use Shop Pay Installments to purchase, including, but not limited to:

    • Cash advances
    • Illegal items and activities
    • Weapons, including parts and accessories
    • Narcotics
    • Regulated products such as alcohol, tobacco, or drug paraphernalia
    • Currency, including cryptocurrency
    • PayPal, Venmo, and other money transfer services
    • Loan and credit card payments

    Easy Returns

    Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)

    • Orders returned after the return window are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (Case-by-case)
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
    • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error made by us or a damaged item was received.

    All items are carefully inspected upon return to us and must satisfy all requirements as follows:
    We will only accept returns of unworn clothing items free of odor, original tags stll attached and no signs of tampering or being reattached, and original packaging with SKU labels. We have the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
    We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

    We take hygiene and our customer's safety very seriously, for this reason, certain items can't be returned for refunds including:

    • Swimwear
    • Bodysuits
    • Intimates

    Damaged items & general order issues
    Please carefully inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve as soon as possible.

    "Sale items" and items purchased with a gift card are not eligible for returns or refunds. 


    Where do I submit a Return Request? 
    To request a return, please contact us at support@shopteov.com, be sure to include your order number and details as to why you're returning your items. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    Returned items are your responsibility until they get to us so please ensure all items are properly sealed and bubble packaged, as necessary. Keep hold of your proof of postage until we have safely received your parcel.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (7-14 business days). Thank you!
